We operate a strict 14 days (21 days for international orders) return policy. If 14 days has gone by since the time of dispatch, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We can only exchange items if they are defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. If you need to exchange an item due to any of the reasons above, please send us an email to and we will send you a replacement free of charge.


If you need a refund for an item, simply send us an email to with the subject "refund" and include your order reference number in the email. To receive a refund, you must return your item in its original packaging with the receipt. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 5 working days since approved for a refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company.
